MEGA’s Property Development and Management Programme is geared to build and maintain a property portfolio that can a) generate income, b) help to achieve organisational sustainability and c) facilitate employment creation.

To this end, we intend to expertly assist in developing or purchasing land, upgrading property, leasing, maintenance, and turnkey management solutions – entering the process either at the start or guiding the client through an existing journey.

As a secondary objective, MEGA strives to prove that property development and management can yield sustainable good and achieve significant growth.

We also intend to create an environment within which rentals are fair, landlords are welcoming and terms can be respected. MEGA believes in job creation: we have no intention of outsourcing, or of serving as hands-off intermediaries.
