All housing loans are issued with a standard term of 18 years, but the debt can be restructured with an extension of up to 25 years. The team at MEGA applies a unique set of criteria to dispense loans, including the age of client(s) and their ability to afford credit, as per the National Credit Act and Financial Intelligence Centre Act.
